On Sunday, September 8th after worship, we will be hosting a potluck meal in Whitford hall. We encourage you to join us for this time of fellowship together and to consider bringing a side dish or dessert if you are able. Following the potluck there will be an opportunity to join Minister Katie for popsicles on our playground, and opportunities to sign up to get more involved with Duke Memorial!

Rise Against Hunger
|
Our congregation fights hunger in our local community through participation in the Crop Walk, Mobile Market, Good Samaritan Fund, and Families Moving Forward. We also advocated for universal free lunch in Durham Public Schools through Durham CAN.
This October we are extending that service to the Philippines with Rise Against Hunger, an organization that seeks to provide meals for children and families in school systems that cannot currently provide for all of their students.
