Our Task Force, created by Church Council, looks forward to working with Wesley CDC as it collaborates with our congregation and leadership in the coming months to:
- Analyze Duke Memorial’s finances and facility use to understand our current and projected future state; and
- Share this information with the congregation through a series of facilitated small group sessions, and listen to the congregation’s thoughts, concerns, and opinions about how Duke Memorial should respond.
- What are the implications for our church if we continue to worship and pursue our ministries and missions with the physical infrastructure we have now?
- Are there changes we could or should make to better meet the future needs of Christ’s vision for the Durham community we serve?
