Children's Sunday School at Duke Memorial

Consider enrolling your child in one of Duke Memorial’s Sunday School classes. All classes are taught by experienced instructors who are passionate about teaching children about Jesus and the work of God. Classes meet in the Education Building and begin at 9:45 am..

2-Year Olds – room 244

Each week the children hear stories, sing songs, have a snack, and often visit the "big church." The instructors read familiar stories and the children love to shout out the lines they already know -- most popular are "Jonah and the Big Fish" and "David and the Big Ole' Mean Guy." Children learn that God loves them, grownups love them, and other children love them and are happy to see them.

Live B.I.G. - 3 and 4 Year Olds

3 Year Olds - room 049
4 Year Olds – room 043

The Live B.I.G. curriculum is designed to help children ages 3 and 4 learn about the love of God through Jesus so they can live their “Belief in God”. The program DVD and class resources engage children with Christian role models and a deeper understanding of Jesus and the impact he can have on their lives.
